Increase in my bill

Could someone please contact me regarding my bill. Like many other on the forum... our bill not longer has the "bundle discount" but does have a $30 Speed Increase charge?

 

Internet: Performance Plus $66.95 Internet
Internet: Speed Increase $30.00 Blast! Pro Internet 

Please advise?

Hello Taraej. We appreciate you visiting and posting on the Xfinity Forums. It sounds like your promotional discount has ended.  

 

Regarding promotional discounted offers, We offer an introductory discounted rate for the first 6 months, 1 year, or 2 years depending upon the offer. After the introductory discount period offer expires, the price does go to what we call Everyday Price or regular rate.
