I received my January bill and was surprised that the amount had increase from $213.23 a month to $234.16 a month; an almost 10% increase!!!
I'm retired on a fixed income and am concerned that such an increase on a monthly basis is too much for me to handle. I have been a customer of Comcast for several years now and would not want to make a change if possible.
Please advise if there is anything that you can do for me with regard to this mater.
