My promo I guess just ended but going from 51 to 80 I can not do. I’d love to keep service but with the intermittent buffering or my guest not being able to sign in to the supposedly free WiFi that they offer I can not keep your service without lowering my bill to the original 51 I was paying. Please a Comcast employee can you get back to me.
