Incorrect bill

Reached out to the 800 number twice, and got a ticket number over 2 weeks ago with '5-7' business days as the fix target, got another bill since then and it still shows the incorrect rate (order agreement had $90.00 / mo for Blast!+Extra, but am getting charged 120$.) 

I've been getting overcharged since April and have not been able to resolve this. Can anyone from Comcast please help...
