I recived an incorrect bill which is due in a day. I called customer service a few days back and they said the correct amount will be reflected soon. Not sure what to do.
The bill has two issues-
1. I have already cancelled my service last month, still a full month's amonut is shown.
2. early termination fees. I started my service on January 28, 2019 and cancelled on January 29, 2020. I had a contract for one year. Still I recived a $10 termination fee despite having completed one full year. I called the customer service during cancellation and at the time they did not mention about early termination fees. They said everything is within the contract.
