Incompetent support, Support Agents Lie Over The Phone

Was told last month while tring to downgrade service to lessen the bill that i had to pay past due balance before changes could be made and he could do it right over the phone and waive the "convenience fee". This month i have the Convenience fee on my bill.  Was told 3 times it would NOT be on my bill
