In-home Service Visit FREE of charge - a shameful trick.
After finding some issue on my internet connection, using a remote test, a comcast contact promised a FREE technican serviceman visit. The serviceman pays a visit didn't fix the problem and left ( the problem was in my router). I fixed it, however the new bill shows the service 60$ on my account. I tried to talk to customer service and remind them that the service was promissed for free. They keep repeating that I was disinformed but that I still have to pay?! To make a compromise promised 30$ off. I think that this is a tricking scheme to steal money from a loyal comcast members (for 3 years).
