IPAD Offer - Status

I signed up for the Xfinity iPad offer on 6/20. I did not get any confirmation e-mail, but have not seen any movement or updates since then. I couldn't check the status as well. 

But IPAD device plan got added into my billing. Can I please get some assistance?
