4 phone calls, 2 online chats, I even went to the local Comcast store. Each time I was told it would be taken care of, but the charge still shows up. I have owned my own equipment for over 10 years and wasn't charged then but when I changed to a new service plan the charge started showing up. Can anyone help resolve this?
