I was just reviewing my billing for the month and noticed that there was an equipment rental fee on there for $11. I looked back at some older bills and discovered that I've been paying that fee for years even though I reported a LONG time ago that I had my own equipment.
So... I want to know how to remove that fee from my bill and get a refund for previous years due to your mistake.
Also, just for the record, I tried to start an online chat and got the famous "invalid phone number" error even though there's no field for a phone number. That is incredibly ridiculous.
