I spoke to an in-store rep and a customer service rep over the phone...

I spoke to an in-store rep and a customer service rep over the phone...

Both persons assured me that I would have a $0 remaining account balance, as my account is closed and I now I have recieved a bill for $80. I would like this addressed, however, when I attempt to use the online chat it will not allow me to access as my closed account number is "invalid".

Were you in a contract with 8 months left?  If so, the $80 would be an Early Termination Fee.
