I've been a Comcast customer for a year. I've had no issue with the quality of the internet or customer service and have had no problems with transferring to a new address. However, my promotion price has expired and led to a 150% increase in my bill. There's no way I can afford this! I really want to stay with Comcast but I might have to look at alternitives. Is there anything I can do to lower my bill to a more reasonable price?
