I moved my phone to a new carrier. I should have a credit but instead have a new bill today!!

My phone was ported from Xfinity on 5/22/20 to a new carrier. Please credit my account. I haven't had service with Xfinity for weeks and a new bill auto debited by checking account today!!!! Please respond as there is nowhere to contact Xfinity but here.
