I have been overcharged multiple times and I am done with it.

I have xfi and xfi motem pay $100 a month and yet I am being charged $90 xtra for the past few months for data usage when i literally have xfi.. I am tired of being blindly robbed so if an agent could help with this then that would be great because if not I don’t see xfinity getting anymore money from me considering being charged near double..

Xfi doesn’t mean that you have unlimited use.
