I do not intend to pay my bill from July 2018

In brief: we were without service for 16 days in July 2018.  Following restoration of service, we still had intermittent problems until our low-voltage service company intervened.  One issue continues to this date (August 12).  I can elaborate further, and will supply a detailed timeline if needed; please advise.

This is primarily a peer-to-peer public Community Forum.  You probably need to call Customer Service at 800-XFINITY (800-934-6489), unless you were looking for sympathy from other customers.

Thanks for that reply, Joe V.  I prefer to use email rather than telephony, so I may be stuck.

If you don't pay, service will be disconnected, bill will be sent to collections, and will go against your credit so that is on you.
You should take the time to call and have them properly credit your account for the issues (as long as they were documented you should be okay, unless you never called because you prefer email, which leaves you without proof of service issues)
