I'd like to speak to someone in retention to cut out cable
I spoke to someone on Chat and she specified I would need to call Comcast and speak to the retention department. I pay over 140 a month and just want to cut out cable tv and just use the internet. The issue is, is that my cell phone is having issues and making a phone call is pretty hard with the service issues I'm having and it probably won't be resolved for at least a week while I figure it out with Sprint.
Is there anyway, an employee from the retention department can respond to this email so we can discuss downgrading my service? I would rather not leave Comcast but right now I just can't afford the monthly payment and would like to downgrade without leaving the company entirely.
