I cant pay my bill and my son receives the free lunch program

I cannot afford my bill.  my wife was laid off and we receive free lunch.  MAy, I receive help with my bill or I will hVE TO DISCONNECT.

Your issue has been escalated to the Comcast Team available to the Forums.  A member of that team will reply to your post as quickly as they are able, so check back often.
