Hi I contacted with an agent on February 16 at 12.35 am with an agent named Michael. I complained about the extra 5 dollars I get billed every month without a reason after 6 month loyal customer to xFi 1 gb unlimited data. I saved the chat conversation and his last word was ( yes I ll make a note here to credit the $ 5 adjustment here until the contract of your plan will expire by sep 2020. That never happened. I still get charged 100 plus instead of 95.
