I am forced to call the Retention department...

My bill has gone from $80 to $160!!! I can not afford to pay this with all other expenses and I do not even watch tv often. I am planning to just call and cut the cable, I hear SlingTV is a great option or even this new Apple TV+ coming out in November.

Does anyone have any experience using SlingTV or Roku?

Please let me know, I can’t go another month paying these high excessive fees.
