How do I change the email address for billing only

Hi I would like to change the email address for billing only, I want to change where the bill is sent to

You can use the My Account app to modify or change your primary e-mail address, please follow the steps below:

 

Manage Alternate Email Addresses in the XFINITY My Account App

You can add and edit alternate email addresses in the XFINITY My Account app.

Adding Your Alternate Email Address

Your alternate email address can be viewed and edited in the XFINITY My Account app:

  1. On the Profile page, your Email Addresses are displayed at the bottom.
  2. Tap Add an alternate email address.

     
  3. Tap on the Alternate Email and Confirm Alternate Email text fields to enter your email address. Then tap Submit.

  4. You will then receive the following message: "Almost done… A confirmation link has been sent to [alternate email address entered]. You'll need to click on this link to add this email address."

Modifying Your Preferred Email Address

You can set your preferred email address in the XFINITY My Account app:

  1. On the Profile page, select the alternate email you want to set as preferred.
  2. Tap on (Set as preferred) to set the email as preferred.
