Call and ask for Customer retention, I think they changed the name to Customer Loyalty, but they can offer you the best rates. They have the ability to offer you rates that are better than the ones offered by regular agents. They've helped me a number of times when my bill has gotten out of control. Be sure to set up a reminder for yourself around the time your old plan expires, and be sure to contact them before your plan expires to avoid sticker shock when your bill suddenly shootss up. I now set a reminder in my phone calendar, because I was stunned when my bill skyrocketed years ago when my plan expired.
