Horrible customer experience with your team today

I have been a Comcast customer since 2005.  My bill recently increased from 150 per month to over 220 per month.  I called in to ask about the increase.  All you have done as a company is take channels away from me and I wanted justification on the price increase.  The person I spoke to turned off my account.  Now I have been on hold for over an hour and they are telling me it will be 250 per month to reinstate.  My loyalty to your company went from 100 percent to zero in one afternoon.  If you want the chance to keep my business, please help me.  If not, I have no choice  but to move to one of your competitors
