Hoping to Cancel Service, But There Appears to Be No Way to Do It Myself

Hi Folks,

 

This is my second message on the forums here, as my emails, phone calls and previous forum post have gone unanswered. I would like to cancel my service as of today, so I should not be charged for the month of April. I've looked everywhere online, and it all points to calling in, but it seems the phone lines are down with me waiting over 2hrs to no avail just the other day.

 

I realize that you will likely not be able to cancel my service in time, since I haven't gotten a response over the past few days, but I wanted to be sure there was a record of my cancellation request since I can't leave a message when I call in. That being said, I am leaving my auto-pay on so I don't look like I am not paying a bill. I will just be asking that you refund me once business resumes.
