Good morning. I recieved an email today alerting me that I have used 90% of my 1024 GB of monthly data and that if I go over the limit I will recieve two months of free overage, afterwhich I will be charged an extra $10 for every 50GB of data over my limit. I would like to know, what is the proccess to recieve a refund of $10 for every 50GB below my data limit I have been on previous months? This is the first time since I started recieving service in August 2016 that I have been close to the data limit. Since there is a courtesy two months of free overage, I will also not seek a refund for two of the months that I had 50GB or more of data unused below the 1024GB limit. Thank you.
