Help changing plan/lowering bill

Hi, I’m trying to get help to either change my plan or get a new deal. Our bill jumped to $176 for tv/Internet and it’s just not affordable for us any longer. Hoping there is a deal available out there for us to lower our costs. Thanks for your help!
