Hi, I received a new statement to be paid end of this month and I noticed changes in my billing charges. I reviewed it and it appears HBO channel has been added to my account, which I never added/requested. I mainly use xfinity for my internet needs, never their channels. I cannot get through customer service calls which I understand given the pandemic happening, so I tried managing it through my app. It did not work and appears I cannot past through the “manage plan” and if I wanna connect to “chat” or “call” its always error. I need it to be removed from my package and I cannot get any help, call or online. It is very frustrating.
