I was informed on Tuesday, July 23, 2018 that I would NOT have to pay $15.00 for HBO because the plan I agreed to included FREE HBO for 2 year(s). However, the agent I spoke to yesterday informed me due to a billing error HBO is no longer free with my plan. If there was a billing error, the so called error in billing was caused by Comcast. If my plan DID NOT include FREE HBO for 2 years(s) I SHOULD have been notified in March of 2018-when the 2 year(s) FREE HBO Plan was offered and the contract was approved. <Edited for violating forum guidelines>
