I’ve been an xfinity customer since 2016 and I have been unhappy from the beginning. When my service was installed the technician didn’t install correctly and Comcast said they would waive the fee if the second technician found It was a Comcast error. The second technician told me the service wasn’t installed correctly, yet Comcast wouldn’t honor waiving the fee. The customer service rep told me that their technicians need to be paid, like that’s my responsibility. Fast forward 4 years, have never missed a payment still have my original equipment, except for the remote (which of course cost $ get a new one). I am thinking of switching to a streaming service but decided to call Comcast to see if they could get me a better deal. After putting me on hold for 10 minutes she came back with an offer that would save me $10. Are the serious?? No equipment upgrades nothing else? They clearly don’t care about keeping customers so I will be looking for a new service.
