I have currently spend nearly 2 hours on the phone with Comcast Customer Service and the Gift Card Fullfillment center and still no solutions to my issue! I signed up for Comcast services last year and was promised a $150 gift card after 3 months of on time payments. I had some minor delays in the construction of my new home but each time I called to postpone installation, they ensured me I would still receive the $150 Visa gift card. Comcast customer service is now telling me I don't qualify! I am looking for anyone that might help me resolve this beacuse no one over the phone seems to care or want to get this issue resolved. Very frustated at this point!
