Frustrated with High Cost of Service

When I started service four years ago, my monthly bill was about $130.  I now pay $214.  My internet (200 Mbps) is slower than any of your current offers, yet the cost keeps going up.  The only suggestion customer service had for me was to buy my own modem.  If I disconnect my service, would I qualify as a new customer?  I would change providers, but I can't have a sat dish where I live.

Please let us know if you'd like us to take a look at your account just to double check whether or not we definitively have anything else we can do for you, aside from you purchasing your own modem.
