Fraudulent Collections

I received a letter from Credit Collection Services saying I owe $4k+ from Xfinity Mobile. I only have Internet (and limited TV), and my account is current. I have Verizon Mobile. I called the 800-number and but can’t get to an agent. The collection has hit my Credit Report with my credit score plummeting. Help!

Please go to https://comca.st/363UWlM to submit a claim or call the Customer Security Assurance ID Theft team at 888-565-4329 as soon as possible. These teams will be able to help you get this taken care of quickly.
