Fluctuating bill and fees. How to stop or lower bill by keeping current internet speed?
Last year October my bill was $131. Months before that it was $110. Right now it is $140. What's with the increasing prices without telling us anything? I'm moments away from cancelling everything because this company is unreliable in its pricing. Why is Xfinity increasing prices for all the fees? Is it because they feel like it? I signed up to this plan expecting a monthly payment of $110 every month not different increasing prices.
Can any representative help with finding me a plan that is lower in price with only Internet given this websites "Manage Plans" option is also unreliable and takes you to more marketing.
