A year ago I was promised that my monthly triple-play would not go up and would stay the same for the next two years. However, I found out this month, a credit towards my DVR magically disappeared. I was told that regular customer service could not help me - the DVR credit was only for one year - but given a non-working number for customer retention. Can someone from Customer retention please contact me. I already spent fifteen minutes IM'ing today with someone who was a complete waste of my time, because they were of no help!
