Final Bill- How long does it take to get the bill in the mail? (it has been over a week)
I cancelled my service with comcast 8/2 Friday. Still haven't gotten the bill and its been well over a week. I don't want anything going to collections as Comcast is notorious for that. How do I ensure I can pay the last bill? My account is already deactivated on the app and online. I can see the "view my bill" online, but it says restricted section when I try to pay it. Can a comcast employee please help me out?
Does anyone else know how long it takes to get the final bill in the mail?
