I had same issue and NOBODY could tell me why at Customer Service . 2 year contract that kept creeping up after 2 months . Being busy I just gave up and kept paying eventually cancelled at end of contract . Having nothing but issues trying to pry the final bill out of them . It’s Amazing now suddenly I owe 689.00 all equipment turned in for over 2 weeks AND the kicker , getting calls at 830 at night requesting payment from some poorly run call center who has no supervisor available...... advise anyone to pass service from this company . 2 years I tried and then had to reset constantly the cable / Internet. Got new service 60 percent cheaper no contract BEST decision ever!
