FINAL BILL INCORRECT

I need this issue to be resolved ASAP. I called your company 4 times about this and keep getting different amounts owed every single time and this last time I called, I found out that your company never processed my cancellation on your back end yet I have e-mail confirmation indicating my service ended February 1, 2018. I am being charged for an extra month of service and my final amount includes an extra $10 fee and my paid amount is not displaying and your website doesn't show me my final bill.  The entire amount of 104.95 needs to be deleted and I need an e-mail confirmation of this happening. This is not right and a waste of my time to keep calling and correcting this with representatives who keep saying wait 48 hrs. CORRECT THIS ISSUE!
