So I think like many people my bill has balooned since I first signed up with Comcast. I am trying to get my bill lowered to what I originally singed up for but when I call in the operators tell me there are no promotions for current customers. I read some messages on here where customer service people said they can assist but it wont let me make a private message to them. Any help you can provide here? Currently have an X1 Preferred Double play package that when I signed up for it was $99 a month which has now gone up. I see there are currently $89 promos for X1 Digital Starter but when I call they say its only for new clients. Where are the promos for current customers?
