Equipment Being Charged Months After Security Service Canceled and Equipment Returned

I have been getting charges for the security touch screen that has been returned. I also should have all charges reimbursed that go back to July 2019 since that is when we ended the service and my local service area closed in sellersville for drop off. Once the new xfinity store opened in pottstown I dropped off the equipment. We were also not notified of these charges until a random check on teh billing statement.  Screen shot attached of repeat charge and return receipt.

 

Please advise.
