Well, its been a year so here I am finding out in the midst of global panic that my promo with Comcast has ended and I need to come up with another $20/month. Will comcast be extending promo discounts to help customers who find themselves affected by covid-19?
Just got off the phone with customer service, who stated that at this time Comcast is not doing anything to help customers with billing issues due to covid-19. Way to care, Comcast!
Its always funny when even the customer service rep acknowledges that comast's processes are horrible and that they are also a customer who struggles with getting their needs met!
