On March 7, I noticed my service was canceled without my permission. Thankfully, I called support and was able to get it fixed. However, now I recieved two bills, one charging me a $57.03 (billing date: March 5) early termination fee and the other a total of $126 (billing date: March 7) for the late early termination fee payment and new charges for this billing period. If it was not my fault for having my service cancelled, why am I required to pay the termination fee? Can it be waived?
