Downgrading service

I need to cancel my service or perhaps downgrade to Internet only. I don’t use the phone that’s included on triple play and don’t watch much tv. My contract is about to end and I can no longer afford paying for services I don’t use. Where can i go for help with this?

I am seriously considering cancelling my service. I see reps responding to other posts that were made after mine. I only need internet and would like to know my options with xfinity, but will switch providers if no one is willing to talk to me.
