Like many, i am looking to downgrade my services as a long-time, loyal customer. When i go to the website, i see an error message saying i need to contact someone via phone. In doing so, i found that I get connecte to Customer Service but really need to talk to Customer Solutions group. So far, i have not had any luck getting though the system...
