Double Charge - Ignored By Customer Service

Setup a payment to avoid termination. Payment agreement disappeared and said I was in danger of being disconnected again so I made a normal payment. Now the account is showing I owe nothing? Why didn't it show the correct amount beforehand? Why didn't it show the payment arrangement? Why couldn't I cancel it if it was still active?

I have been waiting over an hour and a half on messenger to talk to someone and no response. You are supposedly here for the customers during the virus pandemic but you taking double the money from them because your system can't show the correct information. People would really like to eat.
