A collections agency, Diversified Consultants has recently been calling non-stop. I have spoken with Comcast on 4 occassions and I have nothing due on either my current account or the account that I had before moving last year. Diversified Consultants will not give me an account number, just an address that I have no association with. Who do I need to contact? Is this collections agency even legitimate? I have had all bills on autopay, so there is no way I have an unpaid bill.
