Poor customer service , I have to reset my TV just about every other day , sometimes it is off for hours But we pay for the service , just are not able to use it fully. Their response , " That's Life "

I will continue to file formal Complaints with BBB. Sooner or later they will have to take note. Many have the same compaints. And there are states where there are class action suits against Comcast for the same reasons.

Have you ever had a tech out to troubleshoot?
