I am on a fixed income and Called COMCAST Customer Service about Why has my bill increased over $20? COMCAST Rep stated that My present bill is part of a Bundle that includes HBO & STARZ! I am VERY UPSET because I Do Not Want HBO or STARZ, I want to Reduce my bill & Choose What Channels I want to pay for! COMCAST Rep offered No Good Options! I understand that the Channels I want ID, Discovery, etc, HBO & STARZ are included! I DO NOT WANT HBO or STARZ! How can I Reduce my Bill and or Choose the Channels I want?
