I have called 3 different times and wasted 3 hours of my life trying to get $59 in credits from September credited back to my account!! Each time I have been lied to and told that my request has been sent to management and I will receive a confirmation in my email. Issue my credits or I will cancel my service entirely. Terrible customer service people that just lie just to get me to pay my bill. They were also supposed to update my plan because I don’t need the phone line and that never happened. Super frustrating.
