I’m owed 2 years of phone service credited to my account. I’ve been told three separate times by costumer/supervisors that I would receive the credit to my account in the past six months. I recently received only a 120 day credit and was told now that is all they can give for a credit and only the corporate office can approve anything higher. I’ve asked multiple times to speak with someone from corporate or to have a call back to discuss the matter. Unfortunately I’ve never received a call back after I was told the matter would be looked into and they would get back to me. Has anyone else had issues like this and if so how far did you take the matter.
