Credit for disconnects

I want credit for my daily disconnects.

I want to speak to a representative.

 

You have blocked all contact over the phone and require us to come to social media and forums to deal with customer service?  This is ridiculous.

 

Comcast has a known issue on my street/area and I want credit for it since no one will contact me or even explain it to me other than the random technitian I find parked on the side of the street.  They at least speak to us.  And yes there is an issue.

 

I want to speak to a rep.
