Covid-19 Aggressive bill collection

I've noticed that every since the escalation of Covid-19 Comcast's payment and collection department has been more aggressive with collecting payments. I'm sure that I'm not the only person that noticed it. I get more phone calls and emails about due payments than I did before. I will pose the question to other costumers to see if it's just me. My question is why the sudden aggressiveness in collecting past due amount?
